Sunny skies will give way to rain later in the week in Rhode Island.
A mostly sunny Tuesday with a high temperature of 77 degrees will remain clear Tuesday night as the low drops to 59, according to the National Weather Service.
Wednesday will again be sunny with a high reaching 76, and Wednesday night will be partly cloudy with a low around 63.
The National Weather Service forecast calls for a partly sunny Thursday with a high approaching 76, but the rain starts falling Thursday night as the low goes down to 67.
Expect more rain Friday and a high temperature of 79 degrees.
