Robber, Sexual Assaulter Charged With Assault In Rhode Island Prison
The inmate is scheduled to be released from prison in 2030
CRANSTON, RI — A Rhode Island inmate was charged with assault in prison.
Charles Kenner, 32, was arrested Wednesday by the Rhode Island State Police Adult Correctional Institutions Investigations Unit, the state police said in a media release.
Kenner is doing time for robbery and first-degree sexual assault, records show, and is due to be released from prison in August 2030.

"Mr. Kenner was arraigned at Third Division District Court where he was granted $1,000 personal recognizance and remanded to the ACI," the release said.
