Join author Brad Pitman for a talk about dealing with Alzheimer’s at the Barrington library Wednesday evening. It starts at 7 pm in the auditorium.
Pitman is the author of the book, “Ma Is Back: Restoring My Mother’s Memory.”

He will discuss using “a constructive approach and the positive changes that can result when caregivers choose action over inaction.”
The book is based on his experiences caring for his mother, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Pitman’s talk is described as “a positive, constructive discussion about creating hope where there was none.”
