
BARRINGTON, RI—Police provided a list of recent summonses and arrests.
On Jan. 30
Cesar German Gonzalez Guartan, 52, of New Haven. Conn., was charged with driving without a valid license, first offense. He was stopped near the corner of County and New Meadow roads at 6:09 a.m. Police gave him a summons.

Nicolaus R. Hewitt, 18, of Barrington, was served with an arrest warrant in Barrington at 3:21 p.m. He was wanted on drug charges (for manufacturing/ possession on Schedule III and IV drugs and for possession of Schedules I,II,III,IV and V).

Adlison R. DaSilva, 23, of Pawtucket was taken into custody at 7 p.m. at a motor vehicle stop on Wampanoag Trail and Pine Top Road. DaSilva was wanted on a Superior Court warrant.
On Feb. 1
Charles A. Brown, 31, of Providence, was stopped at 1:34 a.m. at County and Sowams roads. He was taken into custody on a Superior Court warrant.
Conceicao DeFontes Pacheco, 38, of Bristol, was stopped at 10:51 a.m. on the Wampanoag Trail at First Bird Osamequin Park. Pacheco was charged with driving without a valid license, first offense.
Walter Alves, 36, of Providence, was stopped at 1 p.m. in the Shaw's Shopping Plaza. He was charged with driving with a suspended license, second offense.
Christopher Rivera, 25, of Rumford, was stopped at 1:51 p.m. on County Road at the RIPTA Park 'n Ride. He was charged with driving with a suspended license, second offense.
On Feb. 2
Michelle M. Tanzi, 37, of Riverside, was stopped at 8:25 a.m. near the corner of County and Federal roads. She was charged with driving without a valid license, first offense.
Scott Harrington, 48, of East Providence, was stopped at 9;35 a.m. at New Meadow Road and Crossways. He was charged with driving without a valid license, first offense.NSE
Michael Collins, 27, of Barrington, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. at the Dunkin' Donuts on County Road. He was charged with embezzlement / fraudulent conversion under $100.
Robert Fonseca, 30, of Rumford, was charged with assault with intent to commit a felony, carrying a pistol without a license and use of a firearm while committing a crime of violence. The charges are in connection with a shooting on Maple Avenue.
