Dolan Makes 2 All-American Teams
Senior at Barrington High School this year earns U.S. Lacrosse Girls First Team High School and Academic All-America honors; she has committed to play at Dartmouth.
Barrington has another All-American athlete and student.
Kelly Dolan, a senior this year at Barrington High School, was named in June to the 2012 U.S. Lacrosse Girls First Team High School All-American team and given Academic All-America honors as well.
Then last month, Kelly, a midfielder, competed in the U.S. Lacrosse Champion All-American Showcase played at ESPN’s Wide World of Sports in Orlando, Fla.

The Showcase brought together 85 All-Americans from across the country for a three-day tournament. Kelly’s team advanced to the championship game, which was aired live on ESPN3.
Kelly has made a verbal commitment to play lacrosse at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH. She was a first-team RI All-State player last year as selected by the Providence Journal.

Kelly was described by the Journal as “a versatile player who makes her presence known everywhere on the field, she excels on the draw, plays solid defense and is always a scoring threat. She finished with 80 goals and 17 assists for 97 points.”
