Sakonnet got the ball first. They went 3 and out thanks to three awesome plays by the defense featuring Defensive Tackle, Beck Kegelman. Beck tackled the running back in the backfield on first and second down and sacked the quarterback on third down. Sakonnet punted.
On Barrington’s opening possession, they drove down and scored. Quarterback Nate Cooper scored a touchdown on a 2 yard sneak play. Running backs Ethan Hines, Beck Kegelman, Joe Medeiros, and Luca Marino all had runs of over 5 yards on the scoring drive.
On the Eagle’s next drive, Nate Cooperman scored a touchdown on a 36 yard run thanks to key blocks by Adam Camille and Puck Arnone.

On the third Barrington drive, Quarterback Matt Raffa connected with Joe Medeiros on a 10 yard pass and on the following play, Raffa passed to Riley Greene for 15 yards. Later in the drive, Riley Greene scored a touchdown on a 2 yard run, thanks to blocks by Tyler Vieira and Owen Lawson.
The most exciting play of the game happened with 2.5 seconds left in the half. Nate Cooperman broke tackles and followed his offensive line and running back Joe Medeiros who made 3 blocks during Nate’s 49 yard touchdown run.

The defense played great all day driven by key tackles by Seb St. Sauveur, Josavan Litthisack, Troy Van Ness, Luca Marino, Brett White, Joe Medeiros and an interception by Nate Cooperman.
