The students are in the US as part of the Middle East Partnership Initiative run by the US State Department to develop leadership skills and expand their understanding of civil society and the democratic process. Students will share first-hand information about their lives in the Middle East. Questions from the audience regarding society or culture, and/or political movements such as the Arab Spring will be welcomed. This program is free and open to all.
