Martone became a standout athlete at Hope High School. He was a tight end in football and earned all-division honors in his senior year, and was on the school’s basketball team that reached the state finals.

The first person in his family to attend college, he played intramurals, and described himself as a gym rat who is now committed to helping others achieve their goals at a smaller, more personal gym, said Gagliano.
