The open houses are scheduled in most of Barrington's neighborhoods, with Hampden Meadows having the most at five. Three are in Nayatt; two are in Rumstick, West Barrington and town center, and one is in Primrose.

The homes range in price from a low of $230,000 in Hampden Meadows to a high of $1,625,000 in Nayatt.

Five of the homes have four bedrooms; nine have three bedrooms; one has two bedrooms.
