House HUNT: Visit 16 Open Houses

After a Memorial Day weekend with only three open houses, realtors have scheduled 16 for this weekend -- all but one on Sunday afternoon.

Six of the open houses are in the Hampden Meadows and Sowams neighborhoods. Four are in West Barrington, including the Bay Spring and Alfred Drowne neighborhoods. Three are in the Primrose Hill area. Two are in the center of town and one is in Rumstick.

The homes range in price from $200,000 to $719,000, with most priced between $300,000 and $400,000.

Eight of the homes have four bedrooms; seven have three; one has two bedrooms.
