Two warranty deeds were filed in Barrington Town Hall last week for homes that changed hands.
Only two warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Jan. 1-6.
The homes are located in the middle school and Brickyard Pond neighborhoods.
The sale prices on both homes were in the mid-$200,000 range. The prices can give you some idea of the value of your property if you live near or in those neighborhoods.
