Houses SOLD: 1 Home Changes Hands
It was a very slow week in real estate sales, according to the lack of warranty deeds filed in the Barrington Town Hall.
Only two warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Jan. 29-Feb. 4. And only one of the deeds indicates that a home changed hands.
The home that changed hands is located in the Country Club plat off of County Road.
The sale price was less than $100. The price, obviously, is no indication of the evalue of the property in that neighborhood.
