Houses SOLD: 2 Homes Change Hands

The Labor Day-shortened work week took its toll on real estate filings.

Only two warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Sept. 2-8. The homes are located in the middle school and Hampden Meadows neighborhoods.

The sale prices of the homes were $265,000 and $547,000. The prices can give you some idea of the value of your property if you live in those neighborhoods.
