Houses SOLD: 2 Homes Last Week

Only two warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Jan. 15-21. The properties are located in the middle school neighborhood and the Drownsville neighborhood in West Barrington.

The sale prices on the properties were a low of $100 and a high of $239,000. The latter price can give you some idea of the value of your property if you live near or in that neighborhood. The former sale was a transfer of property within a family.
