Houses SOLD: 2 Million-Dollar Sales
Six warranty deeds were filed in the Barrington Town Hall last week, including two for properties that sold for more than a million dollars each.
Two properties that sold for more than a million dollars each were among the six properties that changed hands in Barrington last week, according to the warranty deeds recorded in the Town Hall between Jan. 8-14.
The sale prices for the million-dollar homes were actually $1.34 million and $1.2 million. The former sits off of Narragansett Bay in the Alfred Drowne neighborhood; the latter is located in the Nayatt Point neighborhood just west of the Rhode Island Country Club.
The other four sales ranged in price from a high of $837,000 in the Alfred Drowne neighborhood to a low of $161,000 in the Peck Corner neighborhood near the Riverside line.
