Houses SOLD: 2 Sell For $800,000
Five homes have exchanged hands, according to the warranty deeds filed in Barrington Town Hall last week, including two properties for more than $830,000.
Five warranty deeds that showed an exchange of properties from a seller to a buyer were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week.
The deeds included one property in the Rumstick neighborhood that sold for $830,000 and another property near Adams Point that sold for $840,000.
The other warranty deeds ranged from $355,000 to $530,000, giving you some idea of the price of Barrington properties in the Hampden Meadows and Drownville neighborhoods.
