Five warranty deeds recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week.
Five warranty deeds that showed an exchange of properties from a seller to a buyer were recorded in the Town Hall last week, July 8-14.
The deeds included two properties that sold for half a million dollars and three homes that ranged from $245,000 to $347,500.
