Houses SOLD: 3 Deeds Filed Last Week
For the second week in a row, the Barrington housing market seems to have cooled down.
Three warranty deeds for lower-priced homes were filed in Barrington Town Hall last week, Oct. 9-15.
The houses are located in the Nayatt, Bay Spring, and Haines park neighborhoods. One sale within a family was for less than $100. The other two sales were for a low of $181,400 to a high for $245,000.
