Houses SOLD: 3 Deeds Filed Last Week
One home on Stone Tower Lane in Rumstick sold for almost $1 million.
Three warrantly deeds were recorded in the real estate records in Town Hall last week, Dec. 11-17, including one home that sold for just shy of $1 million.
A home on Stone Tower Lane in the Rumstick neighborhood sold for $955,000. Two other homes, on Greenwood Avenue and Walnut Road, sold for prices at the lower end of the sales spectrum.
The deeds can give you some idea of what properties in Barrington are selling for. Overall, according to the RE/Max of New England Monthly Housing Report, there was a 9 percent decrease in median sale price in November.
