Houses SOLD: 3 Deeds Filed Oct. 23-29
A warranty deed for another affordable home at the town-owned Walker Farm Lane was filed last week.
Three more warranty deeds, including one for an affordable home at Barrington's Walker Farm Lane development, were filed in Barrington Town Hall last week, Oct. 23-29.
The other two houses are located in the West Barrington and Hampden Meadows neighborhoods. The sales ranged in price from a high of $420,000 to a low of $210,000 for the affordable home.
