Three warranty deeds filed in Town Hall during last week of 2011.
Three more warrantly deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall in the final week of 2011.
Two of the properties are located in the Hampden Meadows neighborhood; one is located near Haines Memorial State Park.
The sale prices ranged from a high of $730,000 for a home on Deep Meadow Road on the border with Seekonk to a low of $137,500 on Humphreys Road within sight of the park.
