Houses SOLD: 4 Deeds Filed Last Week
Warranty deeds for homes in the Bay Spring, Primrose Hill and Hampden Meadows neighborhoods in Barrington were filed last week.
Four warranty deeds for houses that changed hands were recorded in Barrington Town Hall last week, Feb. 26-March 3.
The homes ranged in price from a high of $319,000 to a low of $219,000. The homes are located in the Bay Spring, Hampden Meadows and Primrose Hill neighborhoods.
The sale prices of the homes can give you some idea of the value of your home if you live in those neighborhoods and are considering putting your house up for sale.
