Houses SOLD: 4 More Deeds Filed
Four lower- to mid-priced homes exchanged hands during the first full week of November even as the prime home-selling season winds down.
Four more warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Nov. 6-12, even as the selling season starts to wind down.
The homes are located in town center, Primrose Hill, West Barrington and not far from the high school.
The homes ranged in price from a low of $190,000 to a high of $375,000.
