Land evidence records in the Barrington Town Hall indicate that the housing market picked up again after several slow weeks of sales.
Five warranty deeds that showed an exchange of properties from a seller to a buyer were recorded in the Town Hall last week, Feb. 5-11, after several slow weeks of sales.
The warranty deeds ranged in price from $235,000 to $450,000, giving you some idea of the price of Barrington properties in the current real estate market.
The properties are located in the Rumstick, Sowams, Hampden Meadows, and Nayatt neighborhoods.
