Five warranty deeds that showed an exchange of properties from a seller to a buyer were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Aug. 19-25.
The deeds showed sales in the Rumstick, Hampden Meadows, Primrose Hill and West Barrington neighborhoods. The prices ranged from a low of $105,000 to a high of $570,000.
