Houses SOLD: Another $1M Sale
Warranty deeds for seven properties in Barrington that changed hands were filed in the Town Hall last week, Nov. 28-Dec. 3.
Seven more properties, including another million-dollar home, changed hands in Barrington last week, according to the warranty deeds recorded in the Town Hall between Nov. 28 and Dec. 3
The million-dollar home's sale price was actually $1.275 million; another home sold for $800,000.
The other five sales ranged in price from a high of $600,000 in the Adams Point neighborhood to a low of $135,000 in Bay Spring.
