Houses SOLD: Deeds Filed Last Week Show 3 Million-Dollar Sales
Adams Point house sold for $2.45 million; Country Club plat home sold for $1.25 million; West Barrington property sold for $1.025 million.
Seven more houses changed hands in Barrington last week, according to the warranty deeds recorded in the Town Hall between Aug. 28 and Sept. 3.
One of the homes sold for $2.45 million; two other homes sold for more than $1 million each.
All seven homes are spread out across Barrington. They ranged in price from the high of $2.45 million for a waterfront property in Adams Point to a low of $305,000 in Primrose Hill.
