Four warranty deeds were recorded in Town Hall for properties that changed owners.
Four warranty deeds were recorded in Town Hall last week for homes that changed hands. One other home was transferred into a revocable trust.
The homes that changed hands are located in the Bay Spring, Primrose Hill, Nayatt and Adams Point neighborhoods.
The deeds showed sales prices that range from a low of $220,000 to a high of $1,350,000 for a waterfront home on Narragansett Bay.
