Six warranty deeds recorded in Barrington Town Hall for properties that changed hands.
Six warranty deeds were recorded in Town Hall last week. The homes that changed hands are located in the Primrose Hill, Nayatt, Bay Spring, Sowams and Hampden Meadows neighborhoods.
The deeds showed sales prices that range from a low of $208,000 to a high of $875,000.
