Warranty deeds recorded in Town Hall show one sale price at almost $1.625 million.
Five warranty deeds that showed an exchange of properties from a seller to a buyer were recorded in the Town Hall last week.
The deeds included one property that sold for almost $1.625 million and another property that sold for $232,000.
The other warranty deeds ranged from $310,000 to $425,000, giving you some idea of the price of Barrington properties in the current real estate market.
