Only two warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, July 3-9. The homes are located in the Nayatt and Primrose Hill neighborhoods.
The sale prices on both homes were in the mid-$600,000 range. The prices can give you some idea of the value of your property if you live near or in those neighborhoods.
