If the 12 warranty deeds recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week for properties that changed hands is any indication, it would seem so.

The homes are located in the Hampden Meadows, Sowams, Primrose Hill and middle school neighborhoods.

Sale prices on the deeds ranged from a low of $195,000 for a home on the border with East Providence in Primrose Hill to a high of $632,500 for a home in the Nayatt area not far from the elementary school.
