Proceeds from the event will benefit the Rhode Island GOP’s efforts to support candidates for the General Assembly in the November elections, said Primiano.
“Day and her assistant, Michael Valenti, a Rhode Island native, also spent Friday and Saturday in the state meeting with party leaders and attending other fundraising events,” said Primiano. “She urged candidates to focus on the issues that are important to the electorate; including the economy, jobs and deficit reduction.”
