The kids are back to school so let's get ready to get our closet organized for the Fall. Pull everything out until the closet is completely empty. Go through your clothes, one piece at a time. If you haven't worn in it in the past year, get rid of it. You can find many places to donate gently used clothing. Remember the rule of thumb, for every new piece of clothing you purchase, something has to go in your existing wardrobe. Buy nice wooden hangers (Target or TJ Maxx are great choices) which gives a fresh and modern look. Don't forget the shoe racks. Hooks should also be purchased for scarves and purses. Organize by season, color and shirt length. If space allows, fold your denim and place on shelves.
All of this takes some time and patience but the end result will mean an organized and efficient closet and a happier you!
One brief consultation with Posh Services will help you get started. Our aim is for you to have more time for yourself.
