Senior Diners: Dine Out for Less
Restaurant Vouchers Offered for People 60 Years and Older

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) has restaurant dining vouchers available for purchase through its East Bay Café Program, formerly known as the Ocean State Senior Dining Program. The Senior Restaurant Program offers vouchers to both the IHOP restaurant, located at 159 West Main Road, Middletown, RI, and the Newport Creamery, located at 296 County Road, Barrington, RI.
The EBCAP Senior Restaurant Program is open to individuals 60 years of age and older. Vouchers for the program, which must be obtained prior to dining, are available at the Edward King House Senior Enrichment Center, located at 35 King Street, Newport, RI; the Barrington Café, located at 281 County Road, Barrington, RI; the Warren Café, located at 20 Libby Lane, Warren, RI; or at EBCAP, located at 100 Bullocks Point Ave., East Providence, RI. A donation of $5 is suggested.
Vouchers for IHOP in Middletown are redeemable 7 am - 10:30 am and 4:40 pm - 8 pm, 7 days per week; vouchers for the Newport Creamery in Barrington are redeemable Monday through Friday, 7 am - 11 am and 4 pm - 8 pm. Diners may select from a limited menu of nutritionally balanced entrees at both sites.
