Four warranty deeds were recorded in Barrington Town Hall last week, Aug. 12-18 -- three of them for homes and one for the former home of Wallis Seafood on Maple Avenue.
The deeds show sale prices that range from $235,000 for the business and $313,000 to $570,000 for the homes. The houses are located in three neighborhoods: Hampden Meadows, West Barrington and Primrose Hill.
