Town Council Meets; Tennis, Arts, Swimming Classes

The ordinance that would ban plastic grocery bags in Barrington is on the Town Council agenda; local groups offer arts, tennis, swimming classes.

The Barrington Town Council meets tonight at 7 in the Council Chamber in Town Hall with the ordinance that would ban plastic grocery and takeout bags up for a vote.

Arts Alive! offers its first session of dance, singing and improv classes starting today, Oct. 1, at 3:30 pm at 184 County Road in a studio next to Peacock and Parade in the Barrington Shopping Plaza.
