Trio Restaurant Hosts Harpoon Beer Dinner Showcasing New England Fare and Seasonal Brews

Chef Kindt and Her Team Join Forces with Harpoon Brewery to Host Five-Course Dinner on November 19

Chef April Kindt and Beverage Director Shawn Westhoven of Trio Restaurant have teamed up with Harpoon Brewery to present an unforgettable evening filled with the flavors of autumn.

On Thursday, November 19, Trio is hosting a seasonal beer dinner with Harpoon Brewery. Guests are invited to indulge in a unique five-course menu with courses expertly paired to Harpoon’s specialty beers by Chef April Kindt. The menu at Trio is guided by locally-purchased, locally sourced fare and is a perfect accompaniment to the local and seasonal brews from Harpoon – one of New England’s most beloved and heralded craft brewers.

The dinner also showcases Harpoon’s dedication to creating unique and flavorful beers to suit all palettes. Harpoon uses only four ingredients to create fresh and seasonal brews such as the popular Octoberfest, a malty tribute to fall balanced by a gentle hop bitterness, and the Imperial Pumpkin Spiced Stout, a black full-bodied stout that is ideally enjoyed on a chilly fall evening.
