5 Things You Need to Know Today: Feb. 9

1. Today plans to be mostly sunny with temperatures in the upper 20s.

2.   and the Astronomical Society of Southern New England will hold Astronomy Night for all 8th graders and parents tonight from 6 to 9 p.m.

3. The Warren Zoning Board will be holding a special meeting to hear more about plans to build a Stop & Shop gas station near Ocean State Plaza. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. on the second floor of the Town Hall.

4. Tonight is "Movie Night" at the library. Check out the romantic comedy "You've Got Mail" at at 7 p.m.
