4th of July Committee Fund Raising Events this Week

Annual Cultural Night is Friday, May 4th at Mount Hope Farm and Annual Card Party is Monday, May 7th at Saint Mary's Church.

Here are some events coming up this week.

On Friday, May 4, the Fourth of July Committee will hold its annual Cultural Night in the Barn at from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. This year it is “Art for All Ages” with artist exhibits. Some of the items will be available for purchase. Paintings donated by local artists will be auctioned by the . The Pokanoket Tribe will perform an American Indian tribal dance at 7:30 PM. There will be refreshments and door prizes.
Tickets are $10 and can be purchased by calling Jeanne at 253-6113. Artists interested in exhibiting their work should call Jeanne for entry details.
On Monday, May 7, the Bristol 4th of July Committee will be holding their Annual Card Party at 7 pm. in the Auditorium of on Wood Street in Bristol. Admission is $8.00 per person. Join us for an evening of fun as you play cards or your favorite board game with family and friends. Refreshments will be served. The night includes 3 different raffles with hundreds of prizes to be won!
Everyone in the door is included in the “Door Prize” raffle as your number is on the back of your admission ticket. During the “Candy Raffle” you can win some really great donated prizes and the purchase of these raffle tickets includes a complimentary candy bar. The “Final Raffle” is for high ticket items that you won’t want to miss!
