Freedom of Expression

Testing tolerance to the limit.

I just witnessed one of the most appaling insulting, inappropriate and insensitive acts occuring in front of our post office. There are two people from the LaRouche Movement who have set up a stand with a big signs to impeach President Obama.

I would have no problem with their freedom of expression except for the fact
that they have 3-foot pictures of our president painted with a Hitler moustache.

I told them exactly what I thought. If they don't like the man is one thing, but to disrespect the Office of the President of the United Sates is an insult to our country and all those who have served and died to protect our freedom.

It is also insensitive to the 5 million Jewish people who were killed
during the Holocaust. I told them they were lucky to be living in a country
that allowed this abhorrent behavior becasue if they were some other countries
they would have been shot or had their heads chopped off within five minutes.

God Bless America!

And if you're wondering about the LaRouche Movement, Lyndon LaRouce was a
presidential candidate eight times between 1976 to 2004, running once for his
own U.S. Labor Party and campaigning seven times for the Democratic Party nomination.

He was sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment in 1988 for conspiracy to commit
mail fraud and tax code violations, and was released in 1994 on parole. Ramsey
Clark, who was LaRouche's chief appellate attorney and a former U.S. Attorney
General, said that LaRouche was denied a fair trial. The Court of Appeals
unanimously rejected the appeal. Justice done.
