Seeking information on JAMES E. DeWOLF (1841 – 1903)

I offer apologies to all followers for the gap in the timeline of my Bristol 4^th of July history blogs. I will return soon with new and interesting tales.

The reason for the gap is that I have been busy researching and writing another Bristol history narrative: Colonial Bristol, Rhode Island; Historic Tales of the Mount Hope Lands for The History Press. We hope the book will be available by mid-summer.

In the meantime, I have been searching without success for a biography of JAMES E. DeWOLF (1841 – 1903). I hope some of the very astute Patch readers can direct me to a relevant WEB page or book title. Thanks in advance for any information.
