Wind Power Proponents Advance “Unlawful” Scheme at Taxpayer Expense, AG Complaint Says . Town of Bristol named in complaint

There is an investigative report ongoing by Kevin Mooney of the Ocean State Current on the East Bay Energy Consortium.  There has been a complaint filed with the Attorney Generals's office against EBEC, RIEDC, and the Town of Bristol for Public Corruption and Fraud.  The details can be found at:

We look forward to more details on the findings of the investigation.  If it were not for public awareness and citizen's questions... this would have been a done deal by now.
