Morris says Bryant is a great academic school and one of its charms is that it is right here in Rhode Island.

"The last great LaSalle Academy running back to go there was Lorenzo Perry, and he got All-American there and was a hometown-hero. That's how they envision me to be if I decide to go there," he said.

Morris may have a lot to offer a college team as his position is running back and slot receiver, but he admits that he can play corner as well. According to EastBayRI.com, Morris was even named as the 2011 Rhode Island Gatorade Player of the Year.

In addition to his outstanding football achievements, Morris maintains an honor-roll academic status according to his recruiting profile on NCSA.com.

Morris says the next offers to come could possibly be Boston College, Temple, UMass, and UConn. Though Morris says his choice in a major is subject to change, he says he plans to study business in college.

"Whether I stay local or not, that hasn't been decided yet," Morris says. "I'm going to visit all the schools and see what I like best and where my greatest opportunities will be."
