Bristol Councilors to Discuss Plan for Future Community Center
The Bristol Town Council holds a special meeting tonight to review a renovation plan for the Quinta-Gamelia building in Colt State Park.

The Bristol Town Council holds a special meeting tonight, Oct. 8, in the Burnside Memorial Building on Hope Street primarily to discuss two multi-year plans, including one for the Qunita-Gamelin buildingĀ in Colt State Park.
The meeting starts at 7 pm.
The Quinta-Gamelin building near the entrance toĀ Colt State Park was turned over to Bristol in August by the Army ReserveĀ after being closed for seven years.Ā Over the next year, the building will undergo a $1 million renovation project that will transform itĀ into a community center.
Other capital projects for Bristol also are on the agenda,Ā including a future bond issue.
