BRISTOL, RI — Hundreds met at the Bristol U.S. Post Office as it was renamed in a ceremony after Army Green Beret Andrew McKenna who was killed while serving in Afghanistan.
Gov. Gina Raimondo and the whole congressional delegation attended the official renaming ceremony on Sunday.
Sgt. McKenna was a true hero. Time after time when he was needed, he answered the call to serve. I was proud to join with our congressional delegation and the entire Bristol community today to honor his sacrifice. https://t.co/XideOFrGMB
