Here is what the schools are serving up on Friday, Oct. 7:

Chicken fajita with peppers, onions and assorted toppings, served with brown rice

Substitutes: Hamburger, cheeseburger, chicken patty, chicken nuggets, pesto pizza, chicken caeser wrap, fish sandwich, or a buffalo chicken grilled panini.

Elementary Schools

Tony's cheese pizza served with chilled peaches, fresh cucumber slices and mixed fresh whole fruit.

Substitutes: Fresh veggie and hummus fun lunch with cheese stick or a bologna sandwich
