Here is what the schools are serving up on Friday, Sept. 23:

General Tso's chicken served with steamed broccoli and brown rice.

Substitutes: Hamburger, cheeseburger, chicken patty, chicken nuggets, pesto pizza, chicken caeser wrap, fish sandwich, or a buffalo chicken grilled panini.

Tony's pepperoni pizza served with a garden salad, whole fresh fruit and chilled fruit.

Substitutes: Cheesy pretzel fun lunch with broccoli or a buffalo chicken salad plate served with a giant graham cracker.
