Eggplant parmesan with penne and marinara sauce served with a garden salad

Substitutes: Hamburger, cheeseburger, chicken patty, chicken nuggets, assorted calzones, chicken caeser wrap, double dogs, or a philly cheese steak grilled panini.

Hot dog on a bun with BBQ baked beans, a fresh banana and chilled peaches
