DUI In Hit-And-Run Crash, Drug Charges: Warren Police Arrest Log

Warren police say the DUI arrest stemmed from a hit-and-run crash at the intersection of Metacom Avenue and Canario Drive.

WARREN, RI — The following people were arrested by Warren police between Feb. 6 and Sunday.

Feb. 6

5:55 p.m. — William Dallaire, 54, of Warren, was charged with simple assault and/or battery, disorderly conduct ad a bench warrant issued from Third District Court.

Thursday

1:24 a.m. — Jennifer Patton, 42, of Warren, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting legal or illegal arrest.

5:43 p.m. — Bruno Da Silva, 37, of Bristol, was charged with driving under the influence of liquor (first offense), failure to stop for an accident resulting in damage to vehicle and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police said the arrest stemmed from a hit-and-run crash at the intersection of Metacom Avenue and Canario Drive. No injuries were reported.

Friday

1:52 a.m. — Paul Perry, 34, of Warren, was charged with a bench warrant issued from Sixth District Court.

9:24 a.m. — Robert Carson, 39, of Warren, was charged with criminal violation of a no-contact order (first offense).

10:13 p.m. — Matthew Achorn, 28, of Warren, was charged with possession of a schedule I-V drug and three warrants out of Rhode Island Superior Court.

Saturday

12:10 a.m. — Jessica Edwards, 45, of Warren, was charged with driving under the influence of liquor (first offense) and refusal to submit to a chemical test (second offense). Police said the arrest was the result of a traffic stop on Child Street.

2:55 a.m. — Ryan Nieves, 21, of Warren, was charged with injuring or tampering with vehicles and weapons other than firearms prohibited. Police said the arrest happened on Prudence Lane.

Sunday

7:49 p.m. — Philip Dorlando, 63, of Warren, was charged with a warrant out of Sixth District Court.
